Madison Flack
Ministry Director
Madison Flack graduated Judson University with a degree in Christian Leadership. She has been working in Foster Care ministry since 2015 and became a foster mom in 2021. Madison founded Boots and Blessings and has been faithfully serving the foster care community for over a decade. Madison has two small children and lives on a Knox County Farm with her family.
Amber Reynolds
Ministry Leader - Communication
Amber is a social media strategist by trade and party planner by birth. She enjoys planning events and making people feel seen and heard. Amber and her husband, Chris, became licensed as Knox County Foster Parents in 2017. She's a city girl transplant and figuring out farm life one day at a time.
Rebekah England
Ministry Leader - Events
Bekah and her husband, Kyle, became licensed foster parents in 2020. They have loved on many children in their home, and currently have 5 small children through foster care, adoption, and biology. Bekah grew up in Peru, is bilingual, and loves soccer.
Tara Hackspacher
Ministry Leader - Hospitality
Tara lives in Warren County and has been a foster parent since 2018. She has a house full of infants to teens. Tara loves interacting with all facets of the foster care community and connecting them to each other.
